1. We do not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Banarsi Misthan Bhandar.

2. Once the order is processed for dispatch, cancellation will not be allowed.

3. No refund will be initiated if the customer doesn’t respond after 3 attempts are made for delivery by courier partner. The order is considered cancelled in this case.

4. In case of any mistake or misdescription of non providing of right address or pin code, resulting in non-delivery or delay in delivery, Banarsi Misthan Bhandar Courier partner can not be held responsible in any way and there shall be no entitlement for refund of any sort whatsoever.
